Eligibility for Returns: Only unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items: Opened products, final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you will need to return the original (unopened) item and place a new order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
